This policy explains what Tiss English stores about you and why.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address, school level and a hashed password. If you add one, we also store your profile picture. When you subscribe, we store your payment submissions (amount, reference and a screenshot of the proof).
How we use your data
Your data is used to run the platform: sign you in, show the content of your level, manage your subscription and deliver messages and notifications.
Payment proofs
The payment proof screenshots you upload are only visible to you and to the administrators who verify your payment.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed and media files are served through protected routes that require a signed-in account with the right level.
